Box Breathing is an effective way to relax your mind and body. Follow along with the square breathing pattern (4-4-4-4) and enter a deep state of calm.

The technique is quite simple. Inhale for a count of 4, hold the breath for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4, hold the breath for a count of 4.
